The Tides at River Rapids is Pet Friendly!

We are a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends. Dogs and Cats are permitted. A total of two pets are allowed per household. The Tides at River Rapids utilizes petscreening.com for all animal screening prior to move-in and renewal.

A non-refundable pet fee of $500 is required per pet, and pet rent is $35 per month per pet.

Dog Breed Restriction: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas.
