Application, Lease, & Rent

    Yes - Coverage of $100,000

    No, based on usage and billed back to Resident

    Apartment must be turned in the condition it which it was received (No plumbing or modification can be done without managements approval)
  • Are there restrictions for what can be put on balconies or patios?

    No Grills or open flames (charcoal, propane, smokers, fire pits)-Storage items (boxes, bins, bikes, furniture not meant for outdoor use) -Drying laundry or hanging clothes/towels - Holiday decorations displayed outside of approved timeframes -Flags, banners, signs, or political displays (unless specifically permitted)Satellite dishes (unless approved under FCC OTARD rules) - Hazardous items (gas cans, fuel, chemicals) - Excessive plants that create drainage, water damage, or fall risk - Temporary flooring (carpet, turf, decking) not approved by management - Anything attached to railings or building exterior
